The State of California offers various health care programs for qualified family members including children and infants. California's Healthy Familities Program and Access for Infants & Mothers are a state- and federally-funded health (medical, dental, vision) coverage programs for children and infants with family incomes above the level eligible for no cost Medi-Cal and below 250% of the federal income guidelines.
