Graduate Council (GC) meetings generally occur on the first
Thursday of the month, and are scheduled for
9:00 AM - noon unless otherwise noted. Graduate program faculty who wish to submit specific academic matters for Council review and action should submit agenda items at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting. All graduate program faculty are urged to contact the
Council members representing their academic unit so that their views and concerns may be heard. GC Staff is available to advise and assist the graduate programs in the submission of agenda items.
