Applying to UCI: Application Fee

Payment Procedure:

Applications will not be processed until the application fee ($60 for U.S. Citizens and lawful U.S. Permanent Residents, and $80 for all other applicants) has been received. The application fee is devoted to the administrative cost of processing all applications received, and is not refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome, the date of filing, time of review, or if, for whatever reason, the application is withdrawn.

Domestic Applicants (U.S. Citizens and lawful U.S. Permanent Residents):
You may pay the $60 application fee by credit card (MasterCard or Visa only), or by check or money order (see Paying by Check or Money Order below).
Foreign Applicants

Foreign applicants may pay the $80 application fee with either MasterCard or Visa credit card. However, due to difficulties associated with handling foreign checks, the UCI Cashier’s Office will only accept International Money Orders or international bank drafts in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Please note that all international drafts must have the name, address, and complete AB routing numbers of the U.S. bank imprinted on the draft.
Do not send cash.

Foreign applicants are NOT eligible for application fee waivers.
Paying by Check or Money Order: Additional information
If you are paying by check or money order, the Application Fee form must accompany your application fee to assure that your $60.00 fee payment is correctly credited. The fee form will load automatically onto your screen after you hit the SUBMIT button on the online application. Please print the form out and send it along if paying by check or money order. If you forget to print out the form, please use the application fee form [PDF 149KB].
