WebReg Enrollment System

WebReg is an interactive enrollment system that allows all students at UC Irvine to enroll in classes via the web. Please note that you cannot enroll until the Office of Graduate Studies has received and processed your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR) and the Registrar has received and processed your Statement of Legal Residence (SLR). Finally, you will need to provide your UCInetID to access WebReg. You may activate your UCInetID late in July and only after we have received and processed your completed SIR and SLR. The enrollment window for newly admitted students entering in the Fall 2007 quarter opens June 20, and closes Sept. 21, 2007. Please do not attempt to enroll prior to June 20, 2007.
To register for classes on-line via WebReg click on the WebReg link and then, click on the "access WebReg" button on the right of that page.
  • When enrolling in classes it is very important to check with your department to be sure you are enrolling in the proper classes for your degree. Failure to follow departmental guidelines on class schedules can result in an increase in the time and hassle required to complete your degree.

  • It is important to note that it is a Federal requirement for students receiving Fellowships and Financial Aid to follow UCI's Minimum Required Unit’s (MRU) guideline. For students receiving fellowship/stipend support you must enroll in at least 1 unit for your aid to be issued. Students who receive Financial Aid must enroll in at least 6 units for financial assistance to be issued. Students who receive both Fellowship and Financial Aid must enroll in at least 6 units.

  • It is entirely the responsibility of the student to pay registration fees on time. Students who receive Fellowships/Stipends, Financial Aid or both are also responsible for checking their account ahead of time to verify that their fees have been recorded as paid. If you feel there is an error on your ZotAccout, please contact your home academic department.
