Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I report a change of address?

Prior to the third week of classes, incoming (new) students must complete an address change form with the Office of Graduate Studies (OGS). This will ensure that OGS and UCI have the most current information on the student. This information will then be forwarded to the Registrar. Please note that this update will be reflected on the Registrar’s system during the third week of classes.

After the 3rd week of classes, new students must update their information via WebReg or by submitting a change of address form to the Registrar’s Office.
