Ford Foundation Dissertation Fellowship for Minorities
The purpose of this academic year fellowship is to increase the future presence of underrepresented minorities on the nation's college and university faculties. The program selects graduate students of notable ability and provides them with the opportunity to complete their doctoral dissertation.
Ford Foundation Predoctoral Fellowship for Minorities
The purpose of this academic year fellowship is to increase the presence of underrepresented minorities on the nation's college and university faculties. The program selects graduate students of notable ability and provides them with the opportunity to engage in graduate study leading to their doctoral degree.
UNCF Merck Graduate Science Research Dissertation Fellowships
Avaliable to current African-American graduate students in the sciences to complete their dissertation research work.
NASA's Harriett G. Jenkins Predoctoral Fellowship Program (JPFP)
The purpose of this academic year fellowship is to increase the number of women, minorities, and persons with disabilities participating in the math, science, engineering, and technology (MSET) disciplines. The program selects, annually, up to 20 US citizens to receive up to 3 years of fellowship support leading to doctoral degrees in NASA-related disciplines. Fellowships are awarded to applicants that have been accepted into or currently attending an accredited Masters or Doctoral program.
